preregister. If
you are not currently on our media list, it
will delay your entry into the trade show and
you will be asked to complete our media credentials
verification process. Show management reserves
the right to reject unqualified registrations.

The following are suggested forms of verification.
Print News Media - A
copy of the masthead from a current issue of your publication
showing your name or a business card with a copy of a
recent article from the publication.
Electronic News Media -
A letter from the news director/assignment editor on station/network
letterhead saying that you are authorized to represent the
media organization in an editorial capacity.
Web Publications - The
publication's URL and verification of employment, which
can include a copy of a recent article with a business card.
The Web publication must be a previously established, independent
site that is regularly updated with original and current
news.
Freelancers and Video Production
Companies - Freelancers and video production companies
must be on assignment for a legitimate news organization
and submit letters of assignment from that news organization
on company letterhead.
Press IDs from membership organizations that charge a fee
for the ID are not sufficient for verification. |
