Buyer Beware
Last year we had several cases where housing agencies contacted our attendees passing themselves off as the "official" representative of the show. Beware!!! Many of these firms take your money up front, add considerable handling fees and still cannot provide you with a valid reservation number for the specific hotel they are selling (the traditional bait-and switch scam). We urge everyone to book with Wyndham Jade because the larger our room blocks are the more leverage we have in negotiating lower rates for you. IPE/IFE cannot accept any responsibility for sleeping rooms reserved outside our housing block.
