Booth space for the 2012 IPE/IFE is $17 per square foot.
- Corners are additional $200 each.
- Returning 2011 exhibitors receive $3 per square foot discount for 2012 booth space.
- All applicants meeting March 15, 2011, Early Bird Discount Deadline receive $1 per sq. ft. discount on booth space.
- Booth size begins at 10ft. x 10 ft., 100 sq. ft. Larger booths can be configured to needs.
- Carpeting/floor covering is REQUIRED for each booth space and can be ordered through GES, the general contractor for the 2012 IPE/IFE, along with any furnishings needed.
- Electricity, Compressed Air/Gas is purchased separately through the Georgia World Congress Center Engineering Department.
- Other items such as lead retrieval, florals and plants, Audio/Visual equipment, Refrigeration, food service, photography, freight transportation, etc., are also purchased separately through approved 2012 IPE/IFE vendors. This information is contained in the Exhibitor Manual.
- The Exhibitor Manual will be available to all exhibitors beginning July 2011. All exhibitor information, including order deadlines and preparation calendar, will be included in this manual.
- Exhibitor Registration is complimentary and will be available online beginning August 2011.
- Booth application is available online at this Web site, as well as Interactive Floor Plans.
- Apply early for best available location. Applications received after December 1 cannot be guaranteed a listing in the show's printed program.
